Galt FFA Officers 2024-2025
Meet Our Officers: Meet the Team
President
Levi McDonald
Hello Galt FFA, my name is Levi McDonald, I am a senior and am going to be serving as your 24-25 Chapter President. In FFA, I compete in the Opening and Closing and Job Interview speaking contests and compete on the Welding CDE Team. Outside of FFA, I love to weld and fabricate various projects. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, working with my animals, and watersports. I hope going into this next year that we can teach more people about FFA and help them get involved, because the more involved you are the more fun you're going to have and the more unforgettable memories you're going to make. Let's have a great year Galt FFA!
Vice President
Logan Rose
What's up Galt FFA, my name is Logan Rose. I am a senior and I'm going to be serving as your 24-25 Vice president. In FFA, I am very involved in CDE and LDE teams, such as Ag Issues, Ag Welding, and job Interview. I also build an Ag Mechanics project and show a breeding lamb at the Sacramento County Fair. Outside of FFA, I compete on the Galt Cross Country and Swim team, as well I like to hunt deer with my dad and brother, and I also show pigs for 4-H at Agfest in San Joaquin. This year I hope that everyone gets to truly embrace what it means to be part of Galt FFA. I hope everyone takes the opportunity that we have to offer and step outside of their comfort zone to do something new. Let's get ready for a great year Galt FFA.
Secretary
Shayla China
Hey Galt FFA! My name is Shayla China and I will be a junior. I'm going to be serving as your 24-25 Chapter Secretary, and this will be my third year being in the FFA program. In FFA, I've participated in many LDE and CDE teams, as well as shown a market hog at the Sacramento County Fair. I also have been a committee chair the last 2 years. My favorite memory in FFa has been placing 2nd and 3rd High Team at Cal Poly State Finals for Ag Issues. Outside of FFA, I will be the Class Treasurer for the Class of 2026 and I play volleyball, soccer, and run track. One piece of advice I'd like to share would be to not be afraid to break out of your comfort shell, it can be scary but it'll be worth it in the end. Im excited to see what the incoming freshmen bring to the table and cannot wait to serve our chapter.
Treasurer
Bella Matos
Hey Galt FFA!! My name is Bella Matos, and I'm serving as our Chapter Treasurer this year! I'm an incoming junior, and this will be my third year in FFA. In the blue jacket, I have participated in Creed, BIG, Prepared, and Cooperative Marketing. I also show market hogs, am apart of the Warrior Grown cooperative, and have served as a committee chair twice! My favorite memory in FFA was experiencing State Conference as a delegate because I got the opportunity to make an impact on our organization. I spend most of my time outside of the blue jacket immersed in my Portuguese culture, as well as serving as the Junior Class Secretary this year, and do cheerleading! My advice to FFA members would be to take that step outside of your comfort zone, even when it's scary, and to enjoy every second because it truly goes by fast. Serving as a chapter officer has been a dream of mine, and I can't wait to make memories with you all!!!
Reporter
Hey Galt FFA, my name is Ben Stratton, and I will be serving as your 24-25 Chapter Reporter. I am going into my 4th year of FFA as well as my senior year. In FFA, I enjoy attending conferences like State Conference and ALA, as well as showing market hogs. I also served as a committee chair last year along with participating on the Job Interviews team. Outside of FFA, I enjoy playing soccer, tennis, and football for the high school teams. As well as playing competitive soccer and spending time with friends and family. My advice to all Galt FFA members would to not be afraid to participate and experience new things. The new things you do in FFA could benefit you in many ways that you wouldn't expect without participating and experiencing it for yourself. I can't wait to get started this year serving as one of your chapter officers and am looking forward to a great year.
Sentinel
Hayden Miller
Hey guys my name is Hayden Miller. I am a senior and will serve as your 24-25 Chapter Sentinel. When I'm not with FFA, I play competitive soccer and hangout with friends. I also enjoy playing golf and tennis. My favorite memory was attending State Conference with all my friends making many memories. Some advice I have is to cherish every moment in FFA as the 4 years go by quick and everything won't last forever.

Audrey Gonsalez
Hey there Galt FFA!! I'm Audrey de Melo Gonsalez and I'll be serving as your Chapter Historian! I'm a senior this year and over tine I have participated in BIG, Parli Pro, Impromptu, Extemp, and Livestock Judging.
